When he did this, the amateur struggled mightily because he actually performed the movements right instead of looking for a mechanical advantage. Kai said “I’ll never be a weightlifter – I am a bodybuilder.” That’s why he’s no amateur. It’s about doing the activity right, not about just getting the weight up.
