He gets to the gym at 4:30 in the morning to see Kobe drenched in sweat, like he jumped in a pool. Kobe wanted the trainer to work with him on conditioning, and then come back and meet him in a couple of hours. So when the trainer leaves he goes home to sleep and comes back to the gym at around 11 A.M. and he sees that Kobe never left the gym at all. He had to make sure he made 800 shots.
