A bed is used to get a good night sleep so that you can feel refreshed \u2013 that\u2019s what it was designed for. But we get so caught up in that being how it has to be. A lot of the times I sleep on the couch, like I did this morning. It\u2019s all about getting the results that are intended. Understand, certain things that society is telling you to do based on this routine or ritual, aren\u2019t necessarily going to give you the result that you want.<\/span><\/p>\n
