#133: Burning Out When Getting Initial Motivation
Imagine a Ferrari sitting in a garage all winter, and when you finally take it out, you go from 0 to 100. What’s going to happen? The engine is going to burn out! In order to break through this, you need to take on some changes in your routine – not just change in the beginning. Start out small, and make tweaks every single day. The beginning is much harder than what it’s going to be once you’ve grown accustomed to your habits.
