#80 – Try to Do More than You Did Yesterday
You better not even step foot in the gym unless you went there with one purpose: to get at least one more rep than you got yesterday. If you do not do that, you are wasting your time. You may as well not go in the gym because you will just be spinning your wheels and it will be a complete and utter waste of time. You will not grow, and if you are not growing, you are dying. Progress is happiness and it’s the root of why we are here. This whole life is a test of your will and your personal growth. Do more than you did yesterday. Sometimes that comes in the form of different things meaning rest more, but the intention is trying to improve.
