#82 – Wake Up With a Purpose
You need to wake up with a purpose. As soon as most people get up, they either hit the snooze button or go back to sleep. I get up every single morning because I’m driven by something. If you are not driven by something yet, do something you love right after you wake up. I don’t care if it’s watching TV, reading a book, playing the piano, or eating – something will get you out of bed, I can guarantee it. And just trick your mind to go do that. Also, sleep with the shades open. Natural light will come pouring into your room and your endorphins will naturally rise because of this. It’s a natural awakening.
