#89 – Enter a Peak State the Whole Day
You have a peak state at your fingertips. If you were getting hunted in the wild, that adrenaline would start pumping immediately and then you would take off – you’d run. When you have an adrenaline rush, you feel super awake, right? You can create that state for you at any moment, but that’s a trick! That’s a trigger that you have at any moment. That’s a matter of being able to condition yourself. You can get out of your drowsy state at any moment. Beat your chest, do something! I don’t care what you do. There is a move that you can make that will be your trigger to get to your peak state.
