You need to have a deep conversation with yourself – find out deep within your core “What is it that I’m supposed to be doing?” The bigger strides in development were made by people who were talking to themselves, and getting to know their true self. Stop being backwards! Start moving in the morning instead of at night, for motion creates emotion and purpose, and wouldn’t you want that intensity at the start of the day? Your body and mind need to warm up! It’ll elevate you on a different level, and you’ll be running circles around everyone!
