146: Prepare So You Don’t Rush
Most people live a life where they’re rushing through everything. It is not a good feeling! It’s not a good philosophy to rush everywhere because I want to contemplate, slow down for a second, and think what my results are. What is the goal that I want to accomplish? I’m not going to rush to the gym just because I’m here. I’m going to prepare properly, even if that means I’m not going to get that extra half hour of sleep. If you prepare, you’ll be able to get the results you wanted.
