How to Co-Broker With Us
There are a few ways to work with us.
1) Out of state co broker opportunities. We are a Florida brokerage. A state like New York, requires a real estate license to sell a business. We work with NY state realtor brokerages to sell opportunities we have, for instance. If you are in a state where we need a real estate licensed brokerage to list a property of ours, that is a great opportunity to be involved. You can list the property to check off the formality for commission, and you can procure the buyer for extra commission. We can prepare an agreement that we typically use between you and the seller, that you can approve of. We would like to compensate you to just formally list the business for sale, meaning have a contract with the seller and yourself. Just tell us what state you are licensed in and a little about your brokerage firm.
2) Sell-side co-broker opportunities. Perhaps you have a seller who wants to sell their business or real estate. We are happy to work with you to list the property. Perhaps you are not in this industry or it is not your expertise. Let us handle all the paperwork and the fundamentals, while you get commission for bringing us a seller. If you are in the M&A space, but want a bigger network, we have thousands of high net worth individuals looking for businesses. We work with other brokers all the time to sell a business faster. Part of a big pie that comes out of the oven quickly, is far better than all of a small pie that doesn’t come out of the oven for a long time. Most importantly, Florida is a state that requires a real estate license to sell a business. if you are out of state and don’t have a Florida real estate license but have a client selling their business in Florida, we can list the business for proper formalities and pay you a proper substantial referral fee, but also procure a buyer for your listing.
3) Buy-side co-broker opportunities. If you have a buyer for one of our listings, we can work on a co-broker relationship so that you can make money. Depending on the state, you might need to have a real estate license to receive a referral fee.
Our relationship between you and us, would be a co-broker relationship.
Let us know if this is something you would like to participate in. Thank you.
