151: Focus on the Small
Before I enter the doors of a gym, I take five minutes to sink deep in thought about the results that I want to achieve once I get there. You have to be in the right frame of mind to be able to fully engage in what you’re doing. And so when I’m there, I fully hyper focus my attention there and this way, I can focus on each rep. Focus on the small – perfect the small – and the big will come!
