Regular gas burns at a quicker rate inside the engine, so it burns more fast whereas premium is timed more appropriately so that it’s released over a longer period of time and it’s more sustained energy. So high end cars typically require premium gas to protect the engine whereas lower end cars can sort of get away with the regular gas. This is the same thing with nutrition. But what you put in your body, that’s what you’ll get out of it. So you don’t want to damage the engine on the car, right?
